My name is Corwin Tonn, I am from Preeceville where my spouse and I operate a grain farm in the Preeceville area growing primarily wheat and Canola.  We have 3 kids , ages 20, 19 and 17 who all are just as passionate about snowmobiling.

A bit of background about myself I have a certificate in Agriculture from the U of S , I have worked in the Ag Retail business selling crop inputs and agronomy services for 9 years which I attained my Certified Crop Advisor certification.  Agriculture is my second passion next to snowmobiling of course which is my number one passion, lol !!! I had an opportunity to move back to Preeceville and take over our family farm in the 2003.  I have been actively involved in our community as a volunteer fire fighter for 17 years, minor hockey assistant coach for 12 years, figure skating DJ for our local carnival.   I have served as councillor for the RM of Preeceville for the last 16 years, the last 6 years I have also held the position of Deputy Reeve of the RM . I am also the Chairman of our local Regional Park Board and the President of the our local RoughRider Snowmobile Club.

I feel the youth are the  future of the sport.  It has been great to see the renewed interest and the amount of new and existing families that are taking an interest in our sport, they are our future to keep this sport alive and going forward for years to come.
