Trail Status Form

The following form is used to Open and Close your club's trail system. Please use the following guidelines when selecting the status of your trails:

Open - Once one of the clubs trails are signed and groomed the club can complete the Trail Report as Open. This is the start date for trail funding purposes. You must submit the report as soon as your trail(s) open.

Closed - Trail are closed until they are signed and groomed. They are to be marked as closed at the end of the season once the trails are no longer rideable and/or signage has been removed. This is the season end date for trail funding purposes.
